How To Send Emails That People Actually Read…

Hello friend and thank you for tuning in! This is a blog version of a lesson from our free email course.

I like email.

In fact, I like email so much that I send 4,650 of them every month…

Spend 75 hours a month personally writing them.

Which by the way, would have been $75,000 in my consulting fee.

But I’m not charging $75,000 for my emails…

I’m not even charging $7,500…

Not even $750…

I am charging $0…

Why?

Because email is one of the best investments a business owner can make.

You see, amongst the 4,650 emails that I send every month...

Lies the secret to 98% of all our sales.

But I’m not talking about cold emails.

I’m talking about this…

What we’re doing right here!

Personal emails to you, and other people just like you.

People that want to master the secrets of customer acquisition.

But you see, there is a big misconception regarding email marketing today.

Most businesses create fancy-looking emails with custom designs...

So good that it almost looks like a separate page of their websites.

Usually in combination with a newsletter, discount or pitch.

Now if you're doing this right now, I’m sorry to tell you...

Design doesn't sell!

It can add or reduce the amount of friction in a sale.

But it won't make an actual sale.

Let me tell you the single most important thing to remember about email.

The truth is that the majority of all emails end up in the trash.

Only a handful of emails end up on the desk.

Important emails such as invoices, personal letters etc…

End up on the desk.

But everything that looks like it can be thrown away without consequence…

Will end up in the trash.

Now you might be asking yourself...

"So how do we ensure that our emails end up on the desk?"

Well, you ignore everything that you have ever been taught about dressing up your emails with the most expensive accessories…

And instead, you listen to ol’Anton here.

What you want to do is make your emails look like personal letters.

Or better yet, make them actual personal letters!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…

PEOPLE DO NOT LIKE BEING SOLD TO.

Unless they are a part of the 3% of your potential buyers that are looking for the best offer right now.

They will throw those emails straight into the trash.

So what you want to do instead is to entertain and give value to the rest of the 97% of potential customers.

Later on, when they are ready to buy, you will already be the obvious choice.

So guess what!?

You won’t have to make a cheap offer…

You won’t have to spend millions on ads…

And you won’t even have to make a sales pitch…

All you have to do is decide whether you want to work with them or not.
